The Van Nuys family has owned and operated Hillsboro Farm
since 1867. Originally a dairy farm with over 150 milking
cows, Hillsboro Farm now focuses on providing the community
with farm fresh produce in the summer and fall, featuring old
fashioned pumpkin picking and hay rides during the Halloween
season at the Country Market. Other current crops at Hillsboro
Farm include hay, straw, rye and soybeans.
